My name is Rocky … and I owned a property where I operated my business
(..Building Co Pty Ltd ) at Main North Rd Para Hills West. When I
decided to semi retire and sell my property I engaged Steve Webber from The Realty

he never once tried to knock down our price for a quick sale and he never lost
interest when most offers were coming in 30 to 40 percent under our asking price.
Both our properties were sold in the end to people that he had canvassed.
At all times I have found Steve to be reliable, hard-working, conscientious,
honest and courteous in his job and when dealing with clients. I would highly
recommend Steve to anyone who is selling commercial property and I would
not hesitate in using him again if the need arises.
